Therapy
I offer individual telehealth therapy for anyone who identifies as a woman, ages 14 and up, providing compassionate support through life’s transitions, challenges, and moments of personal growth. My areas of focus include adolescents and young women, maternal mental health, menopause, perfectionism, anxiety, cultural identity, and mother-daughter relationships. My practice is informed by a woman-centered approach and integrates principles of neurocounseling to support mind-body awareness and emotional regulation.
My education was heavily psychodynamic, meaning I focus on how past experiences—especially early relationships—shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others today. I help clients uncover unconscious patterns that may be keeping them stuck so they can gain insight and make lasting changes.
In addition to psychodynamic therapy, I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into my work.
EMDR helps clients process and heal from painful memories by using bilateral stimulation to reduce their emotional intensity, allowing the brain to reprocess them in a more adaptive way. ACT supports clients in accepting difficult emotions rather than fighting them, while encouraging meaningful actions aligned with their values. DBT offers practical tools for emotion regulation, improving relationships, and coping with distress.
Clients
I work with women who are deeply engaged with their lives yet find themselves at a crossroads, ready to reclaim their joy, purpose, and sense of self. Whether you’re a mother striving to authentically connect with your teen, navigating the emotional waves of postpartum, or a high achiever wondering where you fit in your own success—you are not alone here.
I support career changers, career pausers, and those powering through menopause with resilience and grace. We walk alongside expats learning how to belong while holding onto themselves, women experiencing the heartbreak and rebirth that can come with divorce, and those sitting with a quiet sadness they can’t quite name.
Maybe you are ready to explore patterns that has been holding you up, or perhaps you long to free yourself from the expectations that have dictated who you should be. In a world that glorifies busyness, you may be a woman who seeks depth. And if the state of the world has left you feeling unsettled, know that you don’t have to hold that weight alone.
I welcome anyone who identifies as a woman, honoring the full spectrum of experiences, identities, and emotions that come with that journey. This is a space of empowerment, authenticity, and sacred transformation—where your healing, your story, and your purpose matter. Here, we hold space for your voice, your healing, and the next extraordinary chapter of your becoming.
Laura Condenanza
I was born and raised in Argentina and have lived in different countries, shaping my deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the complexities of identity. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the advertising industry. However, I felt drawn to a different kind of work focused on human connection, meaning, and transformation.
In therapy, I bring openness, honesty, trust, and genuine connection. My hope is that you feel truly seen and supported, with space to bring the worries, pressures, and doubts you’re carrying, as well as the strengths and resilience that keep you moving forward. This is your space to slow down, sort through what feels heavy, and find new ways of being that feel more aligned with you.
I earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, graduating with an specialization in working with children and adolescents. My clinical path led me to work closely with mothers and women, and I quickly discovered how powerful it is to provide care and support for those who are often carrying so much. I continue to be inspired by the resilience, vulnerability, and strength of the women I work with.
Outside of my professional life, I’m also a mother of two, an experience that continues to shape how I understand and honor the challenges women face in today’s world.
